Wellness Week
The Wellness Week offers you the opportunity to focus entirely on what your body needs most. Whether you wish to improve fitness and mobility through therapeutic exercise, support your physical resilience and immune system with targeted treatments such as cold therapy, or find deep and lasting relaxation through applications like reflexology massage, the programme is designed to adapt to your personal priorities.
The arrangement can be booked for 6 or 7 nights from Sunday to Saturday or from Saturday to Saturday and includes full board with balanced, high-quality meals to support your well-being throughout your stay.

As one of the most popular programmes at our health centre, the Wellness Week is particularly suited to guests seeking sustainable recovery and a conscious pause from everyday demands. Individually selected treatments accompany you throughout the week and help you identify which therapies best support your long-term health.
Surrounded by the calming natural landscape of the Fichtelgebirge, you will experience a structured yet unhurried week focused on regeneration, renewed strength and inner balance. The Wellness Week provides the space and professional support needed to return home feeling rested, stabilised and revitalised.
